Information you choose to provide
Our inquiry forms ask for your name and email address. Depending on the page, they also ask for a topic, property or garaging ZIP code, property category, reason for a home or auto review, broad vehicle use, response preference, and an optional message. The conversation form includes a phone number, which is required when you choose a phone response. We use this information to respond and discuss the subject you raise.
Do not send medical details, payment information, Social Security or driver’s license numbers, alarm or entry information, or account-access details through these forms. No payment is collected on this website.
Handling an inquiry
Website requests use encryption in transit. Hosting, form-processing and email-service providers process the information needed to operate the site and carry the inquiry to the agency. Automated-message controls briefly use a network address and request timing; we do not include that address in the inquiry email. Form values are not placed in browser storage, a form database or diagnostic logs. Delivered correspondence remains in the agency’s email system under its ordinary mailbox retention practices. This website does not run a separate post-delivery email cleanup or deletion process.
Recordings and client information are not shared with third parties or affiliates without legal authority. Service-provider processing for the stated functions is limited to those purposes; this is not permission to sell client information or distribute it for unrelated marketing.
Understanding website use
We collect cookieless usage information to understand which pages are visited. This includes page addresses and titles, browser and device information, screen resolution, browser language, visit times, and an approximate location derived only after two bytes of the IP address have been anonymized. Referrer query strings and fragments are removed. Configuration identifiers are randomized, visits are not linked across domains, and raw visit logs are deleted after 90 days.
We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by stopping collection. Inquiry fields and messages are not sent to usage measurement. This website does not use Google measurement tools or advertising cookies.
Calls and announcements
A telephone call may be recorded for training or quality assurance. You may ask not to be recorded. You may also ask the agency to stop sending announcements.
This website does not invite text-message enrollment. Any separate text-message invitation must identify the brand, explain the expected message frequency, state that message and data rates may apply, and provide HELP and STOP instructions.
Children and changes to this statement
Susman Insurance Agency does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children younger than thirteen. A child younger than thirteen needs a parent or guardian’s permission before using this website. The agency may update this privacy statement; please review it periodically to stay informed about its information practices.
